Booking Confirmation

Your tour booking will be confirmed once the required advance payment is made based on the final itinerary provided by Dia Lanka Travels.

Advance Payment

An advance payment of 20%–50% of the total package price is required, depending on the travel season and selected travel date.

After the payment is credited to the company account, you will receive the tour confirmation voucher and payment receipt within seven working days.

What We Do After Payment

After receiving your advance payment, Dia Lanka Travels will proceed with the required arrangements, including hotel reservations, transportation, and activity bookings.

Balance Payment

The remaining balance must be paid in cash to a Dia Lanka Travels representative at the airport upon arrival.

Balance Payment via Bank Transfer

Customers who choose to pay the remaining balance through a local or international bank transfer must cover all applicable bank charges.

General Cancellations

To cancel your booking, you must inform your assigned Tour Consultant.

Refund Eligibility

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the tour start date are eligible for an 80% refund of the total tour fee.

Cancellations made within 30 days of the tour start date are not eligible for a refund.

No refunds will be issued for no-shows.

Non-Refundable Advance Payment

The advance payment is non-refundable because it covers hotel cancellation charges, documentation costs, and service fees.

Rescheduling

The advance payment may be transferred to a future travel date. However, the package price may change due to seasonal rates, availability, and other changes at the time of rescheduling.

Early Checkouts

No refunds will be provided for early departures or unused portions of the tour.

Refund Processing

Please allow up to 14 working days for an approved refund to be processed.

Changes Before Arrival

Any changes requested after the package has been confirmed and the advance payment has been made may affect the total tour price.

This includes changes to travel dates, the number of guests, selected hotels, duration of stay, sightseeing activities, or transportation arrangements.

Hotel Policy

Dia Lanka Travels guarantees the hotels agreed upon during the booking process. Guests are advised to review all hotel details carefully before confirming the package.

Once a hotel has been confirmed, it cannot normally be changed before or after arrival.

When a guest requests a hotel change, Dia Lanka Travels will make reasonable efforts to arrange an alternative hotel within the same category. Any additional cost or price difference must be paid by the guest.

Changes During the Tour

Any changes or additional requests made during the tour, including extra activities, hotel changes, transportation changes, or additional services, will require an additional payment.
