Day 01 : Welcome to Sri Lanka
- Upon arrival at Bandaranaike International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by your personal English-speaking chauffeur-guide before transferring to your hotel in the charming coastal town of Negombo.
- Depending on your arrival time, enjoy a leisurely tour of Negombo, often referred to as "Little Rome" due to its rich Catholic heritage.
- Visit the bustling fishing harbor, explore the historic Dutch Canal, stroll along the golden beachfront, and experience the lively local fish market where fishermen bring in their daily catch.
- Spend the remainder of the day relaxing after your international flight while enjoying the tropical atmosphere of Sri Lanka's west coast.
- Overnight stay in Negombo.
Day 02 : Journey to the Sacred City of Anuradhapura
- After breakfast, depart Negombo and travel north towards Anuradhapura, Sri Lanka's first ancient kingdom and one of the oldest continuously inhabited cities in the world.
- Spend the afternoon exploring this remarkable UNESCO World Heritage Site, visiting the sacred Sri Maha Bodhi Tree, grown from a branch of the tree under which Lord Buddha attained enlightenment more than 2,300 years ago.
- Continue to discover magnificent dagobas including Ruwanwelisaya, Jetavanaramaya, Thuparamaya, ancient monasteries, beautifully carved moonstones, royal bathing pools, and impressive archaeological ruins that reflect the glory of Sri Lanka's ancient civilization.
- Enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of this sacred city before returning to your hotel.

Day 03 : Mihintale & Journey to Jaffna
- After breakfast, visit Mihintale, the sacred mountain where Buddhism was first introduced to Sri Lanka over 2,000 years ago.
- Climb the ancient granite stairway to explore historic temples, meditation caves, and magnificent viewpoints overlooking the surrounding countryside.
- Later, continue your journey towards Jaffna, travelling through changing landscapes, peaceful villages, lagoons, and the famous Elephant Pass that connects northern Sri Lanka with the rest of the island.

Day 04 : Discover the Cultural Heart of Jaffna
- After breakfast, enjoy a full day exploring the rich history and vibrant Tamil culture of Jaffna.
- Visit the magnificent Nallur Kandaswamy Temple, one of the most important Hindu temples in Sri Lanka, admired for its colorful architecture and spiritual significance.
- Continue to the historic Jaffna Fort, originally built by the Portuguese and later expanded by the Dutch, before visiting the famous Jaffna Public Library, one of Asia's most significant libraries.
- Explore the bustling local market, discover traditional handicrafts, and sample authentic Jaffna cuisine renowned for its unique flavors and spices.
- If time permits, visit Casuarina Beach or relax while watching the sunset over the northern coastline.

Day 05 : Jaffna to East Coast Beaches; Trincomalee
- After breakfast, depart Jaffna and journey south along Sri Lanka's scenic northern and eastern coastline towards Trincomalee, one of the world's finest natural harbors.
- Upon arrival, visit the spectacular Koneswaram Temple, dramatically perched atop Swami Rock with breathtaking panoramic views across the Indian Ocean.
- Continue to Fort Frederick, built by the Portuguese in the 17th century, where friendly spotted deer often roam freely among the historic fort walls.
- Later, check into your beachfront resort and enjoy the tranquil surroundings of Sri Lanka's beautiful east coast.

Day 06 : Discover the Beauty of Trincomalee
- Enjoy a relaxing day exploring the stunning eastern coastline.
- Visit the pristine Nilaveli Beach, renowned for its crystal-clear turquoise waters and soft white sands.
- For those seeking adventure, an optional excursion to Pigeon Island National Park offers excellent opportunities for snorkeling among colorful coral reefs, tropical fish, sea turtles, and reef sharks.
- Alternatively, relax at your beach resort, enjoy the peaceful surroundings, or experience a sunset walk along the coastline.

Day 07 : Trincomalee to Sigiriya
- After breakfast, leave the eastern coastline behind and travel towards Sri Lanka's famous Cultural Triangle.
- Upon arrival in Sigiriya, enjoy an authentic Sri Lankan Village Experience, where you'll travel by traditional bullock cart, enjoy a peaceful catamaran ride across a village lake, visit local farming communities, and savor a freshly prepared Sri Lankan lunch hosted by a village family.
- Later, relax at your hotel surrounded by lush tropical gardens.

Day 08 : Sigiriya, Dambulla & Kandy
- Start your morning by climbing the magnificent Sigiriya Rock Fortress, one of Sri Lanka's most iconic UNESCO World Heritage Sites.

Day 09 : Royal Kandy

- Continuing to the beautiful Royal Botanical Gardens of Peradeniya, home to over 4,000 species of tropical plants, towering palm avenues, giant bamboo, and one of Asia's finest orchid collections.
- Spend the afternoon exploring Kandy at your own pace, browsing boutique shops, enjoying local cafés, or visiting the city's vibrant handicraft stores.
- In the evening, experience a colorful Traditional Kandyan Cultural Dance Performance, showcasing centuries-old music, drumming, and fire dancing.
- Overnight stay in Kandy.
Day 10 : Good Bye from Sri Lanka
- After breakfast, bid farewell to Sri Lanka's hill country and begin your journey to Bandaranaike International Airport.
- Depending on your departure time, enjoy a final stop for refreshments or last-minute shopping before your chauffeur guide transfers you to the airport for your onward flight.

Booking & Payment Information
A 20% advance payment is required to confirm your booking. The remaining 80% balance can be paid in cash upon arrival or by bank transfer at least 3 days before arrival. (For bank transfers, all charges must be covered by the customer, and the full invoiced amount must be received by Dia Lanka Travels.)
Cancellation Policy
Non-Refundable Advance & Late Cancellations – The 20% advance payment is non-refundable under all circumstances. Additionally, cancellations made within 30 days of arrival and no-shows are not eligible for any refund, as all accommodations, transportation, and travel arrangements are confirmed in advance.
