We found DIA Lanka on the internet. Dili responded with the options, and kept us up to date on the from the first enquiry until we arrived. In Sri Lanka all the arrangements worked perfectly. Our tour was very comprehensive. We saw a lot of Sri Lanka, wonderful and varied scenery, had glimpses of the lives of ordinary Sri Lankans, and took in much of the culture and history. Our driver and guide, Pradeep, was always helpful and informative, and was endlessly cheerful. He was happy to adapt the itinerary to our preferences, and to take us to the places we wanted to see. His car was comfortable, and his driving was faultless. We met his lovely family. We thoroughly recommend DIA Travel and Pradeep. Some general notes on Sri Lanka. Many sites have an admission charge - mostly trivial, but significant in the National Parks. Sometimes you have to pay for a local guide. Everybody expects tips. The climb to Lion Rock at Sigiriya was the highlight for me. The view is stunning. But the climb is exhausting. Think carefully about it if you are elderly or unfit. The roads in Sri Lanka are generally very good - better than in the UK. But the jeep rides through the National Parks are on unmade roads which are very rough. These things will apply whichever tour company you use. We highly recommend DIA Travel.

Myself and my wife travelled to Sri Lanka for 6 nights and used DIA Lanka Travels as our guiding partner. The experience was fantastic. From the moment we were met at the airport, across all the sights and experiences over the next week to when we were dropped off for our plane home - it was all dealt with in a friendly and professional manner. Pradeep, our driver was a gentleman and an informative, calm and accommodating guide throughout the week where no ask was too much. Everything was prompt, on time and it made for an exceptional holiday. We took in the delights of Sri Lanka including safari, cultural show, temple visits, tea factory and plantation visits amongst other things. It was a great break for us, staying in superb hotels where each day was a joy. We covered a lot of ground from Colombo, Negombo, Nuwara Ellia, Ella and Galle. I would thoroughly recommend visiting Sri Lanka with the guidance of DIA Lanka travels as they organised everything for us flawlessly and also accommodated some flexibility during our stay without quibble. Our trip was from start to end perfect arranged and executed by Mr. Pradeep. Mr. Pradeep used his knowledge to make the perfect choices to optimize our trip and/or ask us what we prefer. I came across DIA Lanka Travels from the net along with many other travel agents in Sri Lanka, I also had discussions with MMT in parallel. I contacted Dili who represents DIA Lanka, and she was quick to respond. From the beginning she was very courteous to explain the itinerary patiently and the best options to us. Although other agents were also giving me options, but I was not very convinced with their responses. Dili clearly communicated the details of the driver and his contact number one day before our travel. She was in constant touch with us which gave us a lot of confidence that we were in safe hands for this vacation. As promised a representative from DIA Lanka Travels and our chauffer Sanjaya were waiting for us in the airport exit gate to receive us. I was very happy with our chauffer cum guide Sanjaya who took great care of us. Sanjaya was very soft spoken and speaks good English. He was ready to help and patiently explained about the places and its history that we visited. He was also there along with us in all the places to make sure that there is no hardship for us. He was very prompt and always before time waiting for us in our hotel. He made sure the van is kept clean and a very humble and down to earth person. He drove very cautiously without taking any risks. Please insist on having Sanjaya as your chauffer while taking DIA Lanka's services. In the last leg we requested to change our itinerary and Dili promptly assisted us and arranged our hotel at the last minute. In all I will highly recommend DIA Lanka Travel to all those who want to visit Sri Lanka. Eyes closed you can take their services along with Sanjaya as your chauffer and guide.

Met at the airport by our driver & guide Pradeep he was truly amazing throughout. Always tentative and flexible he provided us with an outstanding service. We travelled all over and he showed us so much and allowed us to have our own time when we wanted it. Knowledgable and informative he provided us with so much information on history and culture of this wonderful island, even securing last minute tickets to Esala Perahara in Kandy. Your trip to Sri Lanka will benefit having a tour company, guide/driver and Dia Lanka Travels have proved to be exceptional, throughly recommended.

From the moment we landed, everything was taken care of. Despite our late-night arrival, the team personally received us at the airport, ensured we were comfortably settled into our hotel, and made sure our journey started smoothly the very next day. I joined a 10-day wildlife photography and birding tour, and they paired me with an exceptional naturalist and photographer guide, Nishant. His knowledge, professionalism, and passion for wildlife made the trip truly memorable. At every national park and nature reserve, he connected with experienced wildlife trackers and local birding experts, greatly enhancing our sightings and overall experience. Nishant was always punctual, attentive, and constantly went above and beyond to make each day successful. What stood out most was his patience and understanding of wildlife photography. He never rushed us and was always willing to wait that little bit longer so everyone had the opportunity to enjoy the sighting and get the perfect shot. Whether it was a rare bird, a shy mammal, or a fleeting wildlife moment, he made sure everyone was happy before moving on. When my memory card developed issues after just two days of shooting, he even managed to "fix" it and saved me from what could have been a disastrous situation for a wildlife photographer! 😅 Thanks to his expertise, we enjoyed incredible sightings of endemic birds and other fascinating wildlife throughout the trip. Every aspect of the tour was well organized, seamless, and exceeded expectations. I would highly recommend this company to anyone interested in wildlife, birding, or nature photography. The combination of excellent planning, personalized service, constantly checking to make sure we are safe and in good hands - and a guide who genuinely cares about his guests made this an unforgettable experience. My family and I had a great time on our 10 day tour of Sri Lanka. I received prompt responses after my initial inquiries and as we customized our itinerary. They really made the process easy, and were very affordable compared to other options we explored. Our driver/guide Liya was incredible, knowledgable, and very flexible with requests. We couldn't be happier with the level of service we received and the trip experience was amazing. I am so glad that we went with Dia Lanka and couldn't imagine having to build and execute our trip without them.

We just spent 2 fantastic weeks travelling around Sri Lanka! Thanks to Dia, everything went smooth and was very well organized. From the welcome at the airport to the drop off, our host and driver Chamith took care of us and made sure we felt well. We traveled with our 3 kids (8, 12, 14 years) so the program was well adapted and combined cultural sites like temples and ruins, nature like safaris, easy hikes and the rain forest as well as some city experience in Kandy and Colombo. Thank you Dia and Chamith for the fantastic vacation, we would love to be back!

Dilini was great and helped arrange all our accommodations and provided tailor made recommendations for our group of 7 friends. We covered all places that we wanted to visit- Galle, Yala, Nuwara Eliya, Kandy and Colombo. Siluna, Sithu our guides were friendly and took great care of us throughout the trip. Their restaurant and bar suggestions were spot on, had a lovely time overall. When there were hiccups, Dilini, Siluna and Sithu tried their best to sort them out for us with minimal disruption. The Best Agency in Sri Lanka! We just came back from a 10 days trip in Sri Lanka. I booked the entire trip via DIA Lanka Travels and it was a memorable experience. From the moment we stepped in the country, they handled everything, the accommodation, the Transportation in an air-conditioned van with an English-Speaking chauffeur throughout the tour, the pick-up and drop-off at the airport at the beginning and end of the tour etc. Pradeep our driver went above and beyond his duties! Everything is organized and facilitated. They were available on whatsapp at any time for any questions or last-minute changes we requested. We are already planning our next vacations with them! All our wishes came true, according to our budget and expectations. Also, a few of them that we didn't know we had. For example, all hotels that Ms Dilini picked for us, had a wonderful panoramic view. Ms Dilini was available to us trough all trip, which is very reassuring. Mr Sanka,our chauffeur, is an excellent driver, and with him behind the wheel, in very hectic Sri Lanka traffic, we felt perfectly safe. He is a very pleasant, kind, comucative and easygoing man.
